Psychological, legal, social, financial, and nutritional support Responsibilities: * Handling inbound telephone and WhatsApp communications with patients, focusing on human-centered and excellence-oriented service; * Scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments and examinations in the system; * Providing information regarding procedures, preparation instructions, schedules, physicians, and healthcare units; * Organizing medical schedules, considering health insurance rules and physicians' specific requirements; and other duties inherent to the position. Desired Qualifications: .
