Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing and strengthening the quality system, ensuring compliance with standards, process standardization, and continuous improvement of operational results. Continuous process improvement and compliance with standards Manage and strengthen the quality system, ensuring compliance with standards, process standardization, and continuous evolution of operational results. Main Responsibilities * *Monitor, track, and analyze quality indicators, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information.* * *Plan and conduct internal audits, as well as support external audits.* * *Develop, review, and maintain up-to-date procedures, work instructions, and quality system documents.* * *Identify non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective and preventive actions.* * *Support internal departments in continuously improving processes, promoting alignment and standardization.* * *Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO).* * *Conduct internal walkthroughs to verify adherence to defined processes.* * *Prepare technical and managerial reports, presenting results and action plans to management. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in related fields. * Proactive, organized profile with systemic vision. * Availability to work on-site (internal walkthroughs). * Strong analytical and communication skills. **Expected Competencies** * *Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.* * *Ability to work with indicators and data.* * *Consultative and collaborative approach when working with departments.
