If you have experience in TEM asset management and the ability to engage directly with clients, this is an excellent opportunity for your professional development. Responsibilities and Duties * Daily updating of user/employee inventory in dashboards, spreadsheets, and SharePoint. * Management of fixed and mobile telephony: invoice extraction, ticket creation, activations, cancellations, repairs, requests for lines and devices, account manager liaison, and value auditing. * Variable compensation control, based on amounts recovered from invoices and statements. * Invoice payment processes: measurement report, ERP entry, allocation analysis, submission to the tax department, value reclassification, and debit notes. * Daily support for the ServiceNow ticket queue: triage, analysis, spreadsheet updates, and user assistance. * Allocation management: extraction, cost-center allocation, and preparation of compensatory invoices. * Monthly book preparation with data analysis, billing, services, and users, presented to managers. * ERP activities: purchase requisitions, SES, balance inquiries, and invoice/tax document input. * Handling diverse requests via e\-mail, such as consumption reports and user allocation. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Proficiency with spreadsheets and administrative controls. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. Desirable Requirements * Familiarity with ticketing systems and ERP tools (e.g., SAP) will be considered advantageous.
