Our purpose is to promote quality of life through ethical and humanized care, with a focus on customer experience. **Join us in building this mission and become part of a team that cares for people.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Research and develop new suppliers to enhance market competitiveness. * Conduct strategic procurement analyses, considering cost, benefit, and risk. * Lead medium- and long-term negotiations, ensuring favorable conditions for the company. * Structure and monitor supply contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. * Monitor and develop supplier performance indicators, proposing continuous improvements. * Collaborate with internal departments to optimize the supply chain. * Prepare reports and dashboards based on strategic data to support decision-making. * Draft and manage medium- and long-term supply contracts. * Track projects and systems using agile methodologies. * Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields (preferred). * Knowledge of strategic procurement, sourcing, and supplier management. * Experience in market analysis and supply contracts. * Experience with managerial reports and procurement indicators. * Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus. * Proficiency in Excel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Analytical mindset, proactivity, and strong negotiation skills. * Ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders and adapt to dynamic environments. **Additional Information** **Why Join Our Team?** We are a company committed to putting our culture and values into practice.
