We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant who will operate in an organized and strategic manner in procurement and supplier negotiation processes, playing a fundamental role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting business growth. **Do you identify with this? Join our team!** **Responsibilities** * Conduct price quotations with suppliers; * Fulfill internal purchasing requests according to departmental needs; * Place purchase orders and monitor the entire process until goods arrive; * Perform product pricing to ensure defined sales margins; * Register goods in the system; * Issue supplier return invoices when necessary; * Maintain product codes organized, updated, and functional in the system; * Register invoices for resale goods and expense invoices; * Communicate price changes and promotions via internal communication channels. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Experience in procurement; * Intermediate computer skills; * Experience in the **construction materials** segment is a plus. * Strong communication and organizational skills **Compensation / Benefits** * Salary: R$2\.500 (with growth plan) * Meal Allowance: R$450.00 (available after 45 days) * Transportation Pass or Fuel Allowance; * Dental Plan. * Health Insurance \+ Pharmacy Network Agreement (co-payment) * SESC Agreement; * University Partnership Agreement; * Life Insurance. * Special employee discount. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: Business hours Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Please provide your ZIP code: * Do you have experience with construction materials? * Do you have experience in the procurement sector?
