Develop and deliver safety training **JOB DESCRIPTION** ------------------- Conduct and/or accompany DDSMS (Daily Dialogue on Health, Safety and Environment); Adjust processes and guide teams on occupational health and safety; Guide and LEAD occupational health and safety teams; Participate in meetings to align/dissemiate regulations and information relevant to occupational health and safety; Conduct periodic patrols to detect deviations and failures in safety processes; Provide guidance on hazards and aspects of SMS; Issue occupational health and safety-related documentation; Conduct incident investigation and analysis; Issue Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA); Develop and deliver training; Develop performance indicators; Supervise compliance with Work Permit (WP) requirements and Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA); Support meetings of the Vessel Safety Coordination Committee (VSCC); Develop and apply checklists; Monitor activities in confined spaces; Participate in external audits and conduct internal audits; Perform responsibilities in accordance with applicable technical procedures and current quality, health, safety and environmental standards. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** -------------------- * Advanced Excel knowledge * Primavera P6 desirable; * Advanced English proficiency **BUSINESS UNIT** ----------------- Seatrium Limited
