Connect startups with corporations and investors **Position: Innovation Manager** **Location**: Remote **Contract Type**: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) The **X5 Ventures** is a Corporate Venture Builder with a thesis focused on **ESG** and **Deep Tech**. Our goal is to transform major challenges into scalable opportunities through startups that generate real positive impact on society. We operate at the intersection of entrepreneurs, investors, and large enterprises to accelerate innovative solutions in strategic sectors. We seek an **Innovation Manager** with hands-on experience in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and strategic vision to lead high-impact initiatives, drive startups, and foster connections with corporate partners. **Responsibilities** * Manage the startup journey across our portfolio—from ideation through traction and market validation; * Facilitate venture builder programs and rituals (e.g., review committees, demo days, mentoring sessions, and progress tracking rituals); * Connect startups with corporations and investors based on real-world challenges and alignment with X5’s thesis (ESG \+ Deep Tech); * Support opportunity mapping and solution validation with emphasis on impact and scalability; * Lead deliverables using agile methodologies, data-driven insights, and a focus on exponential growth; * Contribute to the development of innovative new products and business models. **Requirements** * Experience in corporate innovation, startup acceleration, or venture building; * Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean Startup, Design Thinking, OKRs, and Customer Development; * Strong ability to engage diverse stakeholders (startups, executives, investors); * Hands-on profile with strategic thinking and results orientation; * Bachelor’s degree completed in fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of ESG, emerging technologies, or socio-environmental impact; * Involvement in deep tech projects or validation of complex technologies; * Experience in fundraising, MVP development, and startup scale\-up.
