




**Education** * Technical or undergraduate degree in progress or completed in **Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering**, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum of **1 year of experience** as a **Time Study Analyst, Process Analyst, Time and Methods Analyst**, or similar role in an industrial environment. **Technical Knowledge** * **Time and methods studies** * **Reading and interpretation of technical drawings** * **Industrial manufacturing processes** * **Intermediate-level Excel** * Basic knowledge of **industrial layout** and **line balancing** **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical profile * Attention to detail * Organization * Strong communication skills * Proactivity * Observational ability and critical thinking * Teamwork **Key Activities and Responsibilities** * Conduct **time studies** on production processes (cutting, bending, welding, machining, assembly, and painting); * Collect, analyze, and **standardize manufacturing times per operation**; * Develop, update, and maintain **manufacturing routings and standard times** in the system; * Support **Production Planning and Control (PCP)** in defining productive capacity and production sequencing; * Identify **bottlenecks, waste**, and opportunities for continuous improvement; * Support **line balancing** activities and improvements to **productive layout**; * Collaborate closely with **Product Engineering and Process Engineering** departments; * Support testing of **new processes, fixtures, and productivity improvements**; * Contribute to monitoring and improving **productivity and operational efficiency indicators**.
