Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for inspecting, organizing, and handling cargo, ensuring its integrity and documentation, and guiding teams throughout the logistics process. With courage and dedication, we have established ourselves in the transportation industry and today expanded our operations nationwide, creating diverse solutions through the six companies comprising our Group — positioning us as one of Brazil’s leading and largest logistics groups and a sector reference. **Responsibilities and Duties** Inspect cargo during vehicle loading and/or unloading, grouping by DANFE, CTE, labels, manually and/or via data collector entries, in compliance with POP (Standard Operating Procedure); Verify volume quantity and cargo integrity from receipt through loading; Inspect documentation (waybills and invoices) against cargo identification labels; Assess, identify, and label goods; Ensure vehicle loading and authorize issuance of the manifest; Receive daily occurrence reports from the previous day, including document or cargo shortages/losses, investigate root causes, and seek guidance for appropriate actions; Locate goods and assess condition of cargo arriving from other locations that do not conform to established stowage standards; Guide Transport Assistants and Transport Associates on cargo loading, unloading, and stowage activities within vehicles; Assume responsibility for validating and releasing vehicles upon completion of loading; Ensure cargo connections according to planning; Adhere to scheduled vehicle departure times; Perform cargo scanning using data collectors during vehicle loading and/or unloading; Handle and stow cargo during loading and unloading; Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness; Perform other duties related to this position. **Requirements and Qualifications** Compensation: BRL 2,362.80 + productivity bonus up to BRL 528.20 Benefits: Meal allowance (BRL 750.00) Health and dental insurance Transportation allowance Pharmacy benefit Gympass for training at multiple network locations **Additional Information** Proactivity Availability Here, we create paths to reach our dreams.
