We are seeking an R\&D Specialist to structure and coordinate the product development pipeline from concept to launch, ensuring clarity, agility, and alignment among executive leadership, industrial operations, marketing, sales, and procurement. This position involves defining priorities, timelines, and KPIs; validating projects; and working on both proprietary brands and third-party products. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Production Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience in industrial product development (cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, or consumer goods). Experience managing product projects from demand intake through to launch. Sufficient technical knowledge to communicate effectively with formulators, suppliers, and the industrial team (packaging, pilot-scale production, testing). Ability to structure and monitor work plans, schedules, and progress indicators. Senior-level capability to report directly to executive leadership and operate cross-functionally across multiple departments. Desirable Certification or experience in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum applied to R\&D). Experience in medium- or large-sized companies within the cosmetics, beauty, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods sectors. Knowledge of applicable technical and sanitary regulations (ANVISA, Good Manufacturing Practices). Intermediate or advanced English for communication with international suppliers.
