Job Summary: Assist patients, administer medications, perform preparatory procedures for examinations, and maintain facilities and instruments in a hygienic condition. Key Highlights: 1. Provide essential support in conducting examinations and procedures. 2. Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed. 3. Maintain a clean and organized environment and materials at the CDT. Assist CDT patients by accommodating them, administering prescribed medications, performing preparatory procedures for examinations, and maintaining hygienic conditions of facilities, materials, and instruments. **Schedule:** 12x36 shift from 07:00 to 19:00 for April **Salary:** R$2\.201,64 \+ Hazard Pay 20% **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Health insurance (UNIMED); * Dental insurance (METLIFE); * Educational assistance (Undergraduate and Postgraduate); * Daycare allowance (childcare assistance) of R$ 200.00 (per child) for mothers with children meeting eligibility criteria and aged up to 4 years; * Quality-of-life program; * Funeral plan; * Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, workshops, and gyms; * Christmas gift card. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify equipment usability conditions, check availability of resources, and arrange replenishments and/or maintenance, including: PCR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) cart, full oxygen cylinders, humidifiers, mobile suction units, material/medication kits, and cleaning and disinfection of departmental areas and utensils (beds, stretchers, countertops, sinks, privacy screens, IV poles, tables, cabinets, decontamination room windows, chairs, bedpans, plastic boxes, and infusion pumps), providing necessary support for examinations; * Verify examination schedule and availability of corresponding kits, identifying and forwarding changes and incidents to relevant personnel; * Receive and verify patient identification according to the examination schedule and requisitions, including SUS internal patients from Santa Casa and São Lucas Hospital scheduled for examinations or minor surgeries, recording in the patient registry book details such as: patient name, arrival date and time, origin, and procedure to be performed; * Assess patients’ general condition, evaluating aspects such as: jaundiced or non-jaundiced status, verbal responsiveness, consciousness level (conscious or unconscious), fever presence (febrile or afebrile), presence of hematomas, sutures, edema, diabetes, hypertension, among others; \- Accommodate patients according to their needs and explain the procedure they will undergo, verifying whether preparation has been completed, specifically for the following examinations: abdominal-pelvic CT scan, urinary tract ultrasound, and endoscopy; * Retrieve and stock medications from the pharmacy as needed, maintain supply levels in the observation room, monitor expiration dates, and complete material and medication kit sheets used during examinations; * Control, handle, and store materials related to the Central Material Supply Department (CME), affix labels, verify usage deadlines, and confirm compliance to contribute to process conformity; \- Prepare and assist patients for examinations, observing protocols and identification requirements, supporting the responsible physician, administering medications as prescribed, monitoring vital signs, maintaining intravenous therapy—establishing or withdrawing venous access as required, maintaining oxygen therapy, performing nebulization, securing gastric-endoscopic tubes for patients, among others; * Record examinations performed by completing the existing control logbook, and fill out the examination room/cost billing sheet and orthosis/prosthesis sheet listing materials used during the examination; * Retrieve, receive, and escort patients before and after examinations, awaiting release of their medical records by the responsible physician and coordinating appropriate patient movement; * Transfer patients who experience cardiopulmonary arrest to the ICU, or deceased patients from the observation room to the morgue; * Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education Completed Technical Nursing Course Active and Regularized COREN Registration **Additional Information** We are Santa Casa BH, and we work for a cause: delivering top-tier healthcare to everyone.
