**Workplace:** Itabirito – MG **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00 or from 08:00 to 18:00 **Job Description:** We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Coordinator to lead the team responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of **trucks and heavy machinery (yellow line).** The professional will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all workshop activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in services. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate teams of mechanics, welders, painters, and assistants; * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles and machinery; * Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards; * Manage inventory of spare parts and materials; * Implement and enforce safety regulations and internal procedures; * Report to management on team performance and fleet condition; * Conduct training and technical development for the team. **Requirements:** * Driver’s license category B; * Technical or higher education degree in Mechanics, Electronics, or Mechatronics; * Proven experience coordinating maintenance of heavy vehicles or heavy machinery; * Leadership, organizational, and planning skills; * Proactivity, strong interpersonal skills, and results orientation. **Benefits:** * Co-payment medical plan: No monthly fee deduction for the employee; * Dental plan; * Food card benefit; * Meal allowance per workday; * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance; * Pharmacy card; * Life insurance; * Welcome kit; * Newborn baby kit; * School supplies kit for children; * Children’s drawing contest (winner receives an exceptional prize); * Christmas basket; * Other celebratory initiatives. **Candidates with disabilities (PCD) are also welcome!** Compensation: R$8.000,00 – R$10.000,00 per month Workplace: On-site
