Fleming 900, Ouro Preto Neighborhood SALARY: Starting at R$ 1.700, with progression to R$ 1.900 Meal Voucher: R$ 20/day Medical Assistance + Dental Plan + Life Insurance Kitchen Sales Bonus: 0.2% Waste Rate Bonus Customer Satisfaction Survey Bonus: R$ 300/month for in-store use Birthday Day Off Bonus Cervejaria Charada – Fleming Unit is seeking a dedicated and organized Kitchen Assistant to join our team and contribute to the excellence of our dishes and services. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and plate dishes following established standards and procedures; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Comply with internal policies and assigned goals. **Requirements** * **Required:** Completed elementary education; * **Preferred:** Experience in food preparation in bars or restaurants (no documented experience required). **Desired Skills** * Organization and time management; * Assertive communication and teamwork; * Problem solving and emotional intelligence. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM * Saturday: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM * Sunday: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM * Fixed day off and one Sunday per month.
