Junior Inside Sales Representative

Description

We are looking for a Junior Inside Sales Representative to handle customer service, present products, prepare proposals, and track orders—contributing to customer satisfaction and achievement of the company's sales targets. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide customer service via telephone, e-mail, and WhatsApp; * Present products and solutions, identifying customer needs and generating value; * Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and follow up on negotiations; * Track orders, delivery deadlines, and customer satisfaction; * Maintain updated CRM records and customer databases; * Support post-sales activities and resolve customer inquiries; * Assist in prospecting and reactivating customers; * Achieve individual targets and contribute to team goals. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education (currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree is a plus); * Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus; * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and results orientation; * Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and teamwork spirit; * Willingness to learn and grow with the company. **WE OFFER** * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * UNIMED health plan; * Meal allowance; * Performance-based bonus; * Collaborative work environment; * Opportunities for professional growth.
