





**HR/DP Intern** The intern will work in the HR and DP department, supporting the administrative routines of a compounding pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for students who wish to gain practical experience in financial management, cash flow control, and administrative processes within the pharmaceutical sector. **Responsibilities:** * Support employee service by answering questions regarding payroll, benefits, and vacations. * Update employee records in systems (Solides, Fcerta, and spreadsheets). * Assist in scheduling admission, periodic, and termination medical examinations. * Enter medical certificates into the system. * Support onboarding (hiring) and offboarding (termination) processes. * Organize employee files and folders. * Update vacation and leave controls in the system. * Assist in sending payslips to employees. * Support the administration and payment of benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, among others). * Assist in recording and tracking vacations, 13th salary, and generating reports. * Support employee timekeeping management. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Excel. * Interest in working and learning in the Personnel Department field. **Benefits:** * Stipend: BRL 1,000.00 * Transportation allowance: BRL 350.00 Job type: Internship Contract duration: 12 months Compensation: BRL 800.00 – BRL 1,000.00 per month
