The professional will be primarily responsible for sales and enrollment closure, directly handling the reception and follow-up of students and prospective candidates of the school. Main responsibilities: \* In-person, telephone, and digital customer service; \* Customer service via WhatsApp and Instagram; \* Enrollment and contract processing; \* Follow-up and conversion of prospective candidates; \* Support for students and clients; \* Routing of requests to respective departments; \* Administrative and commercial support for the school.
