




Job Summary: Mechanical Technician (Boilermaker/Welder) responsible for boiler-making and welding processes, pre-assemblies, and custom equipment manufacturing, ensuring quality and precision. Working with metallic alloys using welding and cutting processes Mechanical Technician (Boilermaker/Welder) acting as a mechanical technician responsible for boiler-making and welding processes; performing pre-assemblies, adjustments, and similar tasks for manufacturing custom equipment, assemblies, subassemblies, industrial welding fixtures, and medium-to-high-complexity components; ensuring high-quality standards and precision. Manufacturing non-serial metal parts with high-quality surface finish per received engineering drawings/specifications; preparing parts and work environment for welding processes; marking, joining, and cutting metallic alloy parts using welding and cutting processes; performing part straightening; complying with technical, quality, hygiene, environmental preservation, and occupational safety standards and procedures; participating in the management system; safeguarding company assets, general cleanliness and organization, and workplace order; maintaining control and confidentiality of all technical documents accessed; recording and reporting activity progress, required revisions, non-conformities, and any other occurrences that may affect technical quality or proper application of standards and technical procedures. For this position, strong welding knowledge is essential, as the role requires precise welding for production line structures. Proficiency in continuous, vertical, and horizontal welding is mandatory. Additionally, candidates must be able to mark, join, and cut metallic alloy parts using welding and cutting processes such as TIG (rarely used) and MIG; and perform part straightening. Desirable: Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering; Boiler-making and Welding courses. Availability to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays.
