Quality assurance and safety in boiler-making Fastmetal is seeking a qualified professional to work in the manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of equipment and metal structures. The candidate must demonstrate leadership capability, teamwork proficiency, technical drawing interpretation skills, and the ability to perform boiler-making activities with precision and safety. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Plan and allocate boilermaking team activities according to the production schedule \- Interpret technical drawings, isometric drawings, and project specifications \- Monitor the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of metal structures \- Ensure adherence to production deadlines \- Supervise cutting, bending, assembly, welding, and finishing processes \- Ensure manufactured products meet technical standards and customer requirements \- Control material usage to prevent waste \- Request and monitor maintenance of machinery and equipment \- Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations (PPE usage, procedures, etc.) \- Train and guide operational staff \- Support resolution of technical and operational issues \- Interface with engineering, production planning and control (PCP), and other departments \- Monitor production indicators (productivity, rework, losses) **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Benefits** * Health and dental insurance (**Unimed – co-payment plan**); * Meals provided at the company; * Meal allowance (**R$ 2.50 per workday**); * Transportation voucher or fuel allowance; * Attendance bonus (**R$ 150.00 per month**); * Career development plan; * Seniority bonus.
