Job Summary: Quality Analyst to guide leadership, execute tasks in the quality management system, map processes, and monitor standard operating procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Guide leadership and execute tasks in the quality management system. 2. Map and standardize processes using quality tools. 3. Conduct internal and external audits and generate reports. Quality Analyst \- Guide leadership regarding deadlines for executing procedures and handling nonconformities. • Execute tasks in the quality management system, including uploading documents, manuals, and work instructions. • Map and standardize work processes using quality tools as well as customer-supplier chain agreements. • Monitor, within the quality management system, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, deadline expirations, acceptance verification, and document approval. * Consolidate and report nonconformities, generate reports, and forward them to relevant departments. • Conduct internal and external audits. • Distribute and complete audit-related documents, forms, and checklists. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, * Production, Logistics, Administration, or related fields. • Hospital experience in this role. • Experience in negotiation and people management. • Proficiency in logistics processes and inventory management. * Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies. • Knowledge of LGPD and compliance. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MV system. • Familiarity with PDCA, 5S, and Ishikawa. * Basic knowledge of billing and finance (costs, invoices, finance). • Desired Qualifications: • Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Quality, or Administration. • Hospital setting. • Knowledge of supply chain and pharmaceutical assistance. * Basic knowledge of patient safety. • Knowledge of intra-hospital processes.
