It specializes in serving remote work sites lacking water and sewage infrastructure—such as mining and civil construction sites—as well as large-scale events. ***Join our team!*** **Programming and Operations Control Assistant** **Responsibilities:** The PCO Assistant will monitor the real-time execution of Service Orders (SOs), ensure compliance with the logistics schedule, update the status of assets and services in the system, and serve as the primary communication link between field teams and management. * **Monitors in real time** the execution of Service Orders (SOs) by field teams via GPS tracking and mobile applications. * **Identifies and resolves deviations** (delays, vehicle issues, unforeseen events) to ensure adherence to the schedule. * **Manages the SO status**, ensuring correct registration of *check-in/check-out* and service completion in the system. * Acts as the **communication bridge** between field drivers and company management. * **Updates the asset inventory** (chemical toilets) in the system, accurately recording the location of each unit (on-site, at the yard, or in transit). * **Validates execution data** to enable accurate billing and operational performance analysis.
