Opportunity to propose improvements and optimize processes. **Operations Controller** **Job Description:** Monitor, record, and ensure the execution of operational processes according to planning, supporting the supervisor and ensuring quality, productivity, and traceability of warehouse/CD operations. 1\. Read the daily production schedule and organize production reporting. 2\. Monitor production start and end times (fruit intake and dispatch departure), recording data in system or spreadsheet. 3\. Verify that all products are correctly identified. 4\. Monitor activity execution across departments, identify potential bottlenecks, proactively seek solutions with the Supervisor, and record deviations. 5\. Support the supervisor in goods verification. 6\. Control loading and unloading manifests. 7\. Report operational non-conformities to the supervisor and propose improvements. 8\. Participate in routine checks of operational messaging groups and promptly update demands, involving team members. 9\.
