Job Summary: A professional to plan and monitor the logistics journey of custom-built cabinets—from production through to delivery—managing routes, inventory, and carriers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of the logistics chain for premium products 2. Coordination of delivery teams and carriers, with a focus on quality 3. Strong customer communication and post-delivery follow-up Plan and monitor the entire logistics journey of custom-built cabinets, from production to delivery; Design strategic delivery routes to ensure efficiency, punctuality, and high service standards; Manage inventory to guarantee control, organization, and preservation of premium products; Coordinate carriers and monitor deliveries to ensure safety and quality at every stage; Work closely with delivery teams to guide customer service standards and professional conduct; Maintain proactive communication with customers—providing timely updates on delivery schedules and resolving issues promptly; Ensure products are properly packaged and protected to preserve finishes; Monitor final delivery to guarantee excellence in the customer experience; Manage scheduling for installation teams and track activity progress; Control departmental documentation and processes. Mandatory Requirements: Completed high school education or currently pursuing a degree in Logistics or related fields; Experience in logistics, distribution, shipping, or supply chain; Hands-on experience in inventory control and material handling; Experience managing third-party vendors (carriers and external teams); Knowledge of transportation management and delivery tracking; Familiarity with logistics tools or ERP systems; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; Valid driver’s license (Class A and/or B); Availability to oversee operations and deliveries. Desirable Requirements: Experience with custom-made products; Experience in operations demanding high quality standards and strict deadlines; Experience coordinating outsourced suppliers or carriers.
