




Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing and detailing tooling, parts, and equipment; preparing technical drawings; managing performance indicators; and supporting the team. Key Highlights: 1. Development of innovative tooling and equipment. 2. Modeling and detailing of parts and equipment using software. 3. Creation of technical documentation and management of improvement indicators. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, under supervision, tooling for polyurethane casting, technical parts, and artifacts, in accordance with Company or customer requirements; * Develop, under supervision, equipment for conveyor belt cleaning, aiming to innovate and diversify the product portfolio; * Model, under supervision, parts and equipment (metallic or polymeric) using modeling software; * Detail parts and equipment within the system to generate graphical representations of the models; * Position Company equipment on the customer's equipment according to drawings provided by the customer, analyzing installation feasibility and verifying interferences to define installation configurations; * Design layouts to determine the arrangement of Purtec wear-resistant ceramic tiles; * Create, under supervision, brochures, catalogs, and installation and maintenance manuals for equipment, and generate images for catalogs; * Prepare technical drawings in response to requests from other departments within the Company; * Maintain updated Built documentation (as-built documents) for parts and equipment, verifying conformity between production and design specifications; * Control distribution and retrieval of technical drawing copies, archive them, and maintain up-to-date documentation relevant to processes under responsibility; * Support the immediate supervisor on matters related to the area of expertise, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted, in accordance with quality management system standards; * Manage performance indicators to collect information serving as tools for achieving improvements and supporting management decision-making; * Guide new employees on activities inherent to the area, accompanying them and facilitating their adaptation process. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Education in Mechanical Engineering or ongoing Higher Education in Mechanical Engineering; * Practical experience in preparing technical drawings; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel; * Driver's License Category B; * General knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD; ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
