Assist in updating spreadsheets and registering information in the system. **Description** The Procurement and Supply Intern is responsible for supporting the Procurement and Supply Department under the guidance of the team. Key responsibilities include assisting in gathering information for quotations and price research, supporting supplier communication under supervision, organizing purchase requisitions and internal documents, and entering or updating information in the system per team instructions. The intern may also assist with general administrative tasks related to the department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for practical development, enabling students to gain knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation, and operational organization within a collaborative environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the update and maintenance of Excel control spreadsheets. Monitor requester demands, budgeted values, and supplier delivery timelines under team guidance. Assist in price negotiation activities to help achieve budget targets. Support preparation of information for procurement negotiation closure. Assist in creating purchase orders and registering products and suppliers in the TOTVS system. Contribute to general administrative tasks related to the Supply team’s daily routine. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration or Production Engineering (5th to 8th semester). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience in administrative tasks or using control and organization tools.
