If you have an analytical profile, strategic vision, strong tax knowledge, and experience managing teams, this opportunity may be for you! **Responsibilities and duties** **What you will do:** * Jointly manage, with management, the calculation and payment of municipal, state, and federal taxes * Monitor changes in tax legislation, ensuring internal processes and systems remain up to date * Provide fiscal support to business areas, clarifying questions regarding tax rates, taxation, and fiscal procedures * Conduct fiscal audits at company units, ensuring compliance with current legislation * Monitor and analyze tax legislation and case law impacting company operations * Guide various departments on the proper tax treatment of operations * Manage the fiscal team, including task distribution, performance tracking, feedback, and team development * Ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely deliveries * Drive continuous improvement of the company's fiscal and tax processes **Requirements and qualifications** **What we seek:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences * Postgraduate degree in Fiscal Management, Tax Management, Human Resources Management, or related fields (desirable) * Solid experience in the Fiscal area * Experience managing teams * Practical experience calculating federal, state, and municipal taxes, as well as related ancillary obligations * Mandatory proficiency in SAP system * Advanced Excel skills * Analytical, organized profile with a results-oriented focus **Additional information** **What we offer:** * National health insurance (Unimed) * Dental insurance (optional) * Life insurance + pharmacy allowance + telemedicine * Transportation allowance * On-site cafeteria (subject to location) * Wellhub (Gympass) – health and wellness * Zenklub – psychological support * University partnership program (up to 60% discount) Birthday day off * Brasif Máquinas is a distributor for the following brands: Case Construction, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of construction equipment; Hyster-Yale, the global leader in material handling equipment; and FPT Industrial, with Brasif Máquinas being the first master distributor in Brazil for FPT Industrial engines used in vans, trucks, buses, construction and agricultural machinery, maritime applications, and power generation.
