Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for fleet control and management, driver monitoring, fueling analysis, as well as developing managerial reports and supporting logistical routines. Key Highlights: 1. Full fleet and driver management 2. Fuel consumption and travel expense analysis 3. Administrative and logistical routine support Responsibilities: * Fleet control and management (preventive and corrective maintenance, documentation, licensing, traffic fines, etc.); * Driver management and monitoring (scheduling, performance, working hours, and operational support); * Fueling control and analysis (authorized gas stations, Vale Card system and similar); * Monitoring of average fuel consumption and deviation analysis; * Travel expense control (per diems, accommodation, meals, tolls); * Development of managerial reports; * Support for administrative routines within the logistics area. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Prior experience in fleet control and driver management; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills; * Class B driver's license (a plus).
