Job Summary: Provide hospital and outpatient speech-language pathology services, including assessment, rehabilitation, and follow-up for patients with swallowing, communication, voice, speech, and language disorders. Integrated collaboration with a multidisciplinary team Deliver hospital and outpatient speech-language pathology services, focusing on the assessment, rehabilitation, and follow-up of patients with swallowing, communication, voice, speech, and language disorders, ensuring nutritional safety, prevention of clinical complications, and integrated collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide patient care upon request for speech-language pathology interconsultation * Conduct speech-language pathology screening for patients receiving alternative feeding routes * Assess and implement individualized therapeutic plans for oral, vocal, and language disorders * Manage tracheostomies and adjust oral diet consistency * Prevent risks of bronchoaspiration and respiratory complications * Assist nasoenteric tube placement using facilitative maneuvers * Assess and implement communication aids (e.g., speaking valves, alternative communication methods) * Provide guidance on oral hygiene and oral care * Train healthcare staff, patients, and families regarding aspiration risks and functional care * Ensure continuity of care through outpatient referral after discharge * Collaborate integrally with interdisciplinary teams * Document interventions, develop indicators, and support protocol development and training initiatives * Maintain equipment and materials, and comply with safety standards and applicable legislation **Working Hours:** Ferista \- MON to FRI (07:00 to 13:00); or MON to FRI (13:00 to 19:00\) **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance * Dedicated Shuttle Bus from Baleia * Free Parking * On-site Meals * Flash Meal/Reimbursement Card (R$ 140.00\) * UNIMED Health Plan – Unifácil * Odontoprev Dental Plan * Partnership with Araújo Pharmacy * CREDITAS Agreement * SESC Agreement * University Partnerships * Exclusive Bazaar * Birthday Day Off Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$4\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Partner agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
