Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Configuration Assistant responsible for defining and maintaining software versioning, integration, and change control processes, ensuring traceability and approval. Our purpose is clear: to impact the market with cutting-edge technology, challenge boundaries, and create innovative software that transforms companies across Latin America and the world. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a Software Configuration Assistant responsible for defining and maintaining software versioning, integration, and change control processes. The candidate will ensure artifact traceability, file and database structure approval, as well as updates to SaaS and Hosting systems and environments. Key responsibilities include: * Define, implement, and maintain software versioning, integration, and change control processes; * Ensure artifact traceability throughout the entire development lifecycle; * Ensure only approved versions are promoted to testing, staging, and production environments; * Control and document environment configurations (development, testing, staging, and production); * Plan and execute Delphi patch generation, including updating files in test environments; * Conduct Delphi file approval and release approved versions to customers; * Conduct approval of database structures and modeling, ensuring compliance with defined standards; * Update mobile systems in SaaS and Hosting environments; * Update approved database structures in SaaS and Hosting environments; * Perform customer database updates according to requests logged in support portals. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Requirements:** * Knowledge of GIT, GitLab, Docker, Continuous Integration (Node.JS, Jenkins). * Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN or similar). * Knowledge of configuration management, change control, and software versioning processes. * Experience in system approval, including Delphi applications, mobile systems, and databases. * Knowledge of database modeling and structures (SQL Server, Oracle or similar). * Experience updating SaaS and Hosting environments. * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. **Success Factors for this Role:** * Sense of urgency for identifying and acting on critical situations. * Communication and teamwork skills, energy, and enthusiasm. * Structured thinking, urgency, and willingness to resolve problems. **Additional Information** **CLT contract with salary of R$** **2\.590,00** **** Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher (R$32/day); Transportation Voucher (bus card only); Profit Sharing; Unimed Health Plan without co-payment, partially subsidized for the Teker and dependents; Dental Plan for the Teker and dependents; Pharmacy Benefit; Life Insurance; TeleNutri: online nutrition consultations Monday through Friday with various nutritionists; TekBaby: gift for newborns and extended leave (Maternity Leave: 6 months / Paternity Leave: 1 month); Meu Pet Club: pet health plan; SESI/SESC Club; Access to top Brazilian gyms via Wellhub (formerly Gympass); Discount partnerships with stores and services (Duo Gourmet, Cemig Sim, Coco Bambu, etc); Birthday gift and celebration; Tek Store: free gifts for employees; Education benefits and partnerships: UnicoSkill, Udemy, Wise UP, EnglishPass, Descomplica, and more; Unitek: Teknisa’s corporate university for professional growth.
