Join us and become a Heartist®! Job Description **Objective:** Welcome and assist guests in accordance with the brand’s service standards. Provide various information based on guest needs and essential departmental practices. Place guests at the “heart” of everything performed to deliver them a unique and unforgettable experience, aligned with Accor’s Service Culture. **Responsibilities and Duties:** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Process reservations and assist guests via system, email, and telephone. * Welcome guests according to brand standards, providing information and support. * Perform check-in and check-out procedures, verify identification documents and reservations, and comply with accommodation regulations. * Serve as the liaison between guests and other hotel departments, forwarding requests and resolving issues. * Monitor room availability and prevent discrepancies between reservations and occupancy. * Process payments, issue invoices, perform cash closing and cash control. * Promote loyalty programs and provide differentiated service to regular customers. * Maintain front desk organization, adhere to internal procedures, and support other departments when required. Qualifications: **Minimum Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Intermediate English. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields; * Customer service and telephone support experience; * Advanced English and intermediate Spanish; * Relevant work experience. **Details:** * 12x36 shift schedule Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1,518.00 – R$2,443.90 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
