We provide consulting services in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and Recruitment & Selection, always focusing on excellence and innovation. ***Location:*** Lourdes/BH ***Working Hours:*** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM \_ **Key Responsibilities:** \_ * Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Maintain updated records, monitor balances, perform bank and credit card reconciliations, and issue invoices (goods and services). * Financial Transaction Processing: Record and process payments, invoices, expenses, and other financial transactions. * Financial Reporting Preparation: Prepare periodic reports, analyze income statements and cash flow statements. * Financial Forecasting: Support financial projections and cash flow modeling to aid strategic decision-making. * Budgeting: Collect data and assist in preparing and monitoring the company’s budget. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Proven experience in the finance area; * Knowledge of reconciliations (bank and credit card), cash flow management, and financial controls; * Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools; * Preferred: Experience issuing invoices and working with financial systems/ERP; * Organized, analytical, proactive profile with strong communication skills. ***Benefits:*** * Unimed Health Plan; * Meal Allowance (R$30.00 per workday); * Transportation Allowance / Fuel Allowance; * R$300.00 birthday voucher; * Remote work once per week after 3 months of employment; * Birthday day off.
