Join us and be part of an incredible journey! **Responsibilities:** * **Team Management:** lead, develop, and engage the team of collections analysts and assistants. * **Collections Strategy:** design and evolve the collections escalation framework (preventive, administrative, and legal). * **Third-Party Management:** monitor and optimize the performance of external advisory firms and law offices. * **Data Analysis:** identify bottlenecks in the receivables flow and propose data-driven improvements. * **Collaboration with Product and Technology:** drive automation and enhancements in the delinquent customer journey to achieve scale and efficiency. **Education and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in credit operations, collections, or default management within fintechs or financial institutions. * Proven experience managing and developing teams. * Strong process-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **Technical Competencies (Hard Skills):** * In-depth knowledge of default and recovery metrics (Roll Rate, NPL, Cure, etc.). * Proficiency with data analysis tools (advanced Excel and familiarity with dashboards/BI). **Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills):** * **Resilient and developmental leadership:** ability to engage the team under pressure while maintaining focus on high performance and *accountability*. * **Data-driven decision-making:** ability to rapidly analyze adverse scenarios and define decisive actions to maximize recovery. * **Ownership mindset and results focus:** autonomous execution, sense of urgency, and relentless focus on metrics that generate financial impact. * **Strategic communication and influence:** ability to align expectations and influence diverse areas (Product, Technology, Finance, and Executive Leadership). * **Exceptional prioritization skills:** agility to navigate dynamic environments, manage multiple demands, and quickly adjust course. **Want to know what awaits you at CredAluga?
