Operational management of benefits platforms and interpersonal relationship **Hiring Professionals Specialized in Benefits** Requirements: **Education and Experience** * Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; * Experience with benefits and time clocks; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS tools; **Skills** * Sense of urgency; * Excellent interpersonal skills; * Strong verbal and written communication; * Analytical mindset; * Proactivity and autonomy when interacting with employees; * Sound judgment and empathy complete the profile. **Main Duties and Responsibilities** * Perform operational procedures on benefits loading platforms – meal allowance – food allowance – fuel allowance – and transportation allowance; * Carry out internal benefits management procedures – data entry into KPIs – data validation – and process monitoring until actual payment; * Conduct training initiatives related to implemented processes to better clarify correct procedures for Construction Site Administrators regarding benefit request submission and demand forwarding to the Benefits Department; * Monitor and provide support for matters related to time clock reading and operation – at both the Central Office and construction sites; * Provide support for time clock and timekeeping system usage – at construction sites – and manage internal timekeeping – at the Central Office. **Additional Details about the Department** * The professional must possess a strategic vision for improving the company’s benefits offerings. * It is also essential to handle confidential information, a critical aspect within the HR function. **Compensation and Benefits** **Salary:** Market-competitive. **Benefits:** * Medical and dental insurance (effective after probation period); * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Basic food basket; * Transportation allowance; * Christmas bonus.
