We believe in each student’s potential — and support them consistently, attentively, and excellently throughout their entire academic journey. **Our performance is living proof that our pedagogical approach works, is solid, and truly transformative.** **If you believe in the power of education and want to be part of this story, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your mission will be:** * Layout design of exams and study guides, ensuring accuracy and quality; * Assist in creating graphic materials for educational use: study guides, classroom fixed materials, project announcements, etc. * Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word; * Basic or intermediate knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; * Creative skills and attention to detail in producing educational materials and exams; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Interest in the field of education and willingness to learn; * Accountability for timely delivery. * A degree in Graphic Design or related fields is **not mandatory**, but will be considered a strong advantage. **Additional Information** **Location** Coleguium Central Administrative Office **Working Hours** 44 hours/week — 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Benefits** Transportation Allowance; Discount on Unimed co-payment health plan; Tuition assistance through the labor union; One remote workday per week; Birthday day off; 100% Coleguium tuition scholarship for school-age children; Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); We believe that a diverse team is essential to fulfilling our mission of transforming lives and Brazil.
