Location: Jardim Canadá \- Nova Lima \*About the Internship: PROCUREMENT INTERNSHIP\* The Procurement Intern will support operational and administrative activities within the department, primarily responsible for entering incoming product invoices into the Ótimo Gestor system. The intern will contribute to organizing receiving, inventory control, and material handling processes, ensuring data reliability and supporting company operations. \*MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\* * Enter incoming product invoices into the Ótimo Gestor system, ensuring accurate information entry and compliance with internal procedures; * Verify fiscal documents and assist in validating information related to material receipt; * Support the goods receiving process by checking quantities, specifications, and conditions of delivered materials; * Assist in organizing, identifying, and storing items in inventory according to company-defined standards; Update and maintain inventory records to ensure data accuracy; * Support periodic and rotating inventories by conducting physical counts and material verifications; * Assist in picking, moving, and delivering materials to requesting departments; * Organize documents, reports, and records related to warehouse activities; * Provide administrative and operational support to the department, contributing to efficient material and inventory control routines; * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and proper care of assigned materials. \*Terms:\* Workload \- 30 hours per week; Working hours \- Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break \*Stipend: R$ 1\.260,00\* \*Our Benefits:\* Life Insurance Meal Voucher (per workday) \- R$ 300.00 (monthly) Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance (based on commuting route cost) Birthday Day Off WellHub (gym membership benefit) OnHappy (discounts on accommodations) MediQuo (online doctor consultations / free) 15%–20% discount on electricity bills (subject to evaluation).
