




Job Summary: Responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring the development of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and scope. Key Highlights: 1. Identifying and reporting deviations, proposing recovery plans **DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring the development of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and scope, in compliance with the client's quality standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare and update weekly the Document List (DL) and the project macro schedule; * Issue weekly and monthly progress reports (including S-curves, physical and financial progress, risks, and pending items); * Participate in alignment meetings with the engineering team and other stakeholders; * Support schedule, resource, and deliverable management according to established Measurement Criteria; * Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and document approval workflows; * Identify and report schedule or cash flow deviations, proposing recovery plans when necessary. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project planning within the mining sector; * Experience with Front-End Loading (FEL) methodology and developing schedules for large-scale projects; * Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office suite. **DESIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Strong organizational skills and ability to monitor multiple disciplines and work fronts; * Familiarity with ABNT and DNIT standards, and quality procedures (ISO 9001); * Experience with BIM-based projects is considered a plus.
