Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a NURSING PRECEPTOR include:** * Guiding students during practical activities, supervised internships, and real-world learning scenarios, ensuring ethical, technical, and safe supervision. * Demonstrating, supervising, and evaluating procedures, professional conduct, and area-specific competencies. * Maintaining attendance, punctuality, and professional demeanor across all practical activities. * Recording student attendance, performance, progress, and other information required by curricular components, adhering to deadlines set in the academic calendar. * Acting as a learning facilitator, fostering autonomy, critical thinking, theory–practice integration, and reflection on professional practice. * Applying active learning methodologies and teaching–learning strategies tailored to the practical setting, encouraging participation, problem-solving, and evidence-based practice. * Collaborating with faculty, course coordinators, and technical staff to ensure pedagogical alignment and quality of practical experiences. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * A completed and officially recognized degree in Nursing. * Up-to-date knowledge and mastery of theoretical, technical, and practical aspects related to professional practice. * Experience performing procedures, attending to routines, and applying practices specific to the field of practice. * Clear, concise, and didactic communication skills. * Ability to guide students, provide constructive feedback, and mediate learning situations. * Professional ethics and commitment to academic training. * **An updated Lattes CV**—a mandatory requirement for participation in the process. * Teaching experience or prior preceptorship and academic production are desirable. * Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts, as required by the course. **Additional Information** Work Location: ESTACIO FLORESTA **At ESTACIO, you’ll find:** * **Tuition scholarships** of up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and extended family members (parents, siblings).
