Job Summary: Architecture internship to assist in construction site monitoring, budget preparation, and supervision, aiming to improve processes and ensure proper handling of materials. Key Highlights: 1. Construction site supervision and monitoring. 2. Preparation of budgets and construction diaries. 3. Research on materials and techniques for cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include construction and project monitoring; assisting in the preparation of budget spreadsheets and schedules; and controlling and verifying various construction phases. **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday **Stipend:** R$1\.000,00 **Benefits:** * Transportation voucher * Life insurance **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in researching new materials, techniques, and procedures through market research to select manufacturers offering optimal cost-effectiveness; \- Assist in construction site supervision under the engineer's guidance; * Prepare construction diaries under the supervision of the responsible engineer; * Assist in preparing budgets and schedules, conducting property surveys, service measurements, etc.; * Ensure proper care of materials and equipment under one's responsibility used during work execution, thereby extending their service life; * Perform tasks observing occupational safety requirements, correctly using PPE and adhering to behavioral standards, complying with applicable legislation and internal regulations; * Support the immediate supervisor on matters related to one's area of activity, proposing and discussing solutions to problems and irregularities to help define actions to be taken and support continuous improvement of departmental processes; \- Comply with quality management guidelines established by Santa Casa BH; \- Complete construction diaries; \- Prepare photographic reports documenting various construction phases; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Course(s): Architecture Semester(s): 3rd We are Santa Casa BH, and we work for a cause: delivering top-tier healthcare to everyone.
