Work location: Neighborhood: Paraíso \- Belo Horizonte/MG **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Selection processes across various levels and departments; * Support leaders in defining job profiles, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions; * Develop and deliver training on recruitment, competency-based interviews, and best selection practices; * Monitor TA metrics and propose continuous improvements to processes, timelines, and hiring quality; * Supervise the TA team and Consulting team; * Strengthen the employer brand and enhance candidate experience; * Ensure integration and alignment with partner departments and the company’s People Strategy. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; + Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and Selection, including leadership of processes or teams;
