Start telling yours—with us! **We have a Program for Inclusion of People with Disabilities.** Submit your resume for our opportunities and join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of scheduled services by analyzing and allocating necessary resources, establishing execution schedules, and defining productivity targets and deadlines, aiming for customer satisfaction and achieving expected service outcomes across all areas and departments. * Conduct meetings with leadership teams to analyze challenges, completed services, and achievement of daily and weekly targets. * Monitor services and perform field analysis by visiting service sites (especially critical locations) to verify service execution, working conditions, identification of losses, organization, deviations, and opportunities for process improvement. * Monitor contracts through daily controls and tracking of project indicators to ensure contractual compliance, meeting both customer and company requirements. * Hold meetings with the client and/or their representatives to track demands, adherence to scheduling, service releases, team performance, and verification of Measurement Reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering completed. **Additional Information** **Work Location \-Ouro Branco/MG** We are KAEFER RIP: an integrated industrial services company.
