Planning and scheduling of construction site activities **Responsibilities:** Coordinate construction execution in accordance with the project, supervising work teams across various work fronts, providing guidance on quality, environmental, occupational health and safety aspects, aiming to optimize equipment, labor, and materials on-site to achieve desired results. Plan, size, and allocate teams across various construction work fronts, instructing and guiding Foremen on tasks, priorities, and adopted execution methods. Collaborate with the immediate supervisor to schedule work execution, estimating execution periods based on personnel availability, productive capacity, equipment and material availability, and other variables, with the objective of improving productivity and ensuring work quality. **Requirements:** Proven experience in this role, team management skills, clear communication ability, resilience, and strong teamwork capability. Willingness to travel is required.
