Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for delivering value to customers through specialized service, ensuring an efficient and humane collections process, and promoting the brand. Opportunity for brand expansion **1\)** **Objectives:** * Deliver value to our customers through specialized and agile service; * Ensure an efficient, humane, and courteous collections process aligned with our brand values; * Promote the expansion of the LLZ Garantidora brand through your service. **2\)** **Responsibilities:** * Collect from delinquent units; * Plan and execute negotiation actions with delinquent customers; * Achieve monthly collections targets; * Provide service via telephone, in person, email, and social media; * Issue documents and reports requested by condominium residents. **3\)** **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree; * Results-oriented mindset; * Experience in collections; * Strong negotiation and argumentation skills; * Good verbal and written fluency, and communication skills; * Desire to achieve significant earnings through this role. **4\)** **Advantages:** * Familiarity with the real estate and/or condominium sectors. **5\)** **We Offer:** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); * Salary: BRL 1\.826,79 for the Collections Assistant position during the 3-month probationary period, followed automatically by promotion to Collections Assistant position with a salary of BRL 2\.740,18; * Transportation allowance; * Flash benefits for meals/food via Mastercard (BRL 32.00 per day) \+ option to bring your own lunch and use our cafeteria; * Copayment-based Unimed health plan; * Dental plan; * Profit-sharing program; * Potential for additional earnings based on achieved results; * Ongoing technical training and mentoring; * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM.
