Job Summary: A professional responsible for billing, issuance and cancellation of fiscal invoices, and management of fiscal documents. Key Highlights: 1. Order invoicing and issuance of fiscal invoices 2. Management of transfer documents and correction letters 3. Cancellation of fiscal invoices and issuance of various types of invoices Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields, as well as proficiency in financial analysis tools and ERP systems. Schedule: Weekly rotating shift (08:00–18:00 / 08:00–17:00, and Saturday 08:00–12:00); one day of remote work per week. Responsibilities: Order billing (issuance of fiscal invoices, bank slips, and XML files), according to dispatch requirements (weekly billing divided by region: Monday – São Paulo, Tuesday – Minas Gerais, Wednesday – São Paulo, Thursday – Northeast, Friday – South, Saturdays – Rio de Janeiro). Issuance of inter-plant transfer documents, according to warehouse and inventory controller requirements. Issuance of Correction Letters, as required. Fiscal invoice cancellations in compliance with current legislation. Issuance of return invoices for packaging sent to third parties. Issuance of manifests, as required, for cargo release. Daily submission of cargo XML files to the respective transport companies responsible for deliveries. Receipt, organization, and archiving of invoice stubs. Re-billing, as requested by the incident management department. Issuance of simple consignment invoices, scrap disposal invoices, and pallet invoices. Issuance of consignment return invoices. Issuance of storage consignment invoices. ICMS credit transfer invoices. ICMS ST supplementary invoices. Intercompany return invoices. Purchase return invoices.
