Willingness to work in a team and desire to grow **CONSTRUCTION HELPER (WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE)** We are hiring **Construction Helpers** to work on our projects in **Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas**. We seek professionals who are committed, have strong teamwork skills, and a desire to grow. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support activities at construction sites; * Transport, load, and unload materials; * Assist in assembling and disassembling equipment; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety at the worksite. **Work Location:** Construction sites in BH and surrounding areas (non-fixed location). **Requirements:** * Commitment and attention to tasks; * Ease of working in a team; * Availability for travel and overtime work. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Compensation:** * Starting salary of **R$ 1.606,00** * Bonuses up to **R$ 1.000,00** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Food basket; * Attendance bonus; * Medical assistance; * Education allowance; * Life insurance; * SESI Club membership (after probation period); * Career and salary progression plan.
