We tailor our approach to each construction site’s unique requirements to deliver optimal alternatives that enhance productivity and client outcomes. **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE** \- Assembling and disassembling scaffolds; \- Verifying scaffold plumbness, releasing the scaffold after assembly and completion of the daily checklist; \- Transporting scaffold components to and from assembly/disassembly locations; \- Participating in ongoing operational improvement activities on site; \- Inspecting site signage and isolation measures; \- Securing tubes using ratchet wrenches, maintaining a clean and organized work area; \- Following instructions from immediate supervisors and performing other assembly tasks within company facilities; **REQUIREMENTS** \- Completed high school education; \- Relevant work experience; \- Residency in the Contagem or Betim regions; **BENEFITS** \- Meal allowance; \- Attendance bonus; \- Copayment-based Unimed health plan (no monthly fee); \- Life insurance; \- Gympass; **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM. \*Assignment at RHI Magnesita.
