Job Summary: Senior IT Analyst for Level 2 technical support, incident resolution, and infrastructure administration in sustainable mining projects. Key Highlights: 1. A company focused on developing sustainable mining projects—particularly the extraction and processing of rare earth elements—is seeking a **Senior IT Analyst (Level 2 Support)** to join its team in Brazil. This professional will have direct interface with international teams. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Provide Level 2 (N2) technical support to internal users, resolving incidents related to hardware, software, connectivity, and corporate systems; * Diagnose and resolve technical issues escalated from Level 1 support; * Install, configure, and maintain computers, workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals; * Support the administration and monitoring of corporate technology infrastructure (networks, servers, and cloud services); * Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across corporate platforms; * Support the implementation and monitoring of information security policies and basic cybersecurity controls; * Maintain an updated inventory of technology assets (equipment, software, and licenses); * Document incidents, technical configurations, and operational procedures. ### **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Networks, Telecommunications, or related field; * Advanced English proficiency; * Level 2 (N2) technical support / Service Desk experience; * Experience with operating systems (Windows Server / Linux); * Experience in network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN); * Experience in user and access administration within corporate environments; * Knowledge of IT infrastructure; * Experience with ticketing management tools; * Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS); * Experience in hardware installation and configuration. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Problem-solving ability; * Autonomy and self-management; * Willingness to grow and develop; * Ability to handle confidential information. ### **Benefits** * Health insurance with no co-payment and no monthly fee; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Totalpass; * Transportation allowance; * Education assistance.
