Job Summary: Interns will work directly with experienced engineers and architects, following a structured learning plan focused on mobility, traffic, and applied technology, conducting studies and simulations. Opportunity to work in the field and collaborate on scientific publications Our Immersion Internship Program is ideal for students seeking to begin their professional journey in Engineering—even without prior experience. Over three months, interns will interact directly with experienced engineers and architects from across the country, engaging in a structured learning plan centered on mobility, traffic, and applied technology. **Your Responsibilities:** Participate in studies and simulations related to traffic and urban mobility; Contribute to developing projects focused on sustainable transport solutions; Use tools such as Aimsun, TransCad, Synchro, HCS, among others; Collaborate with specialists in team-based work and attend internal training sessions. **Duration:** 3 months (20 hours per week) , Be currently enrolled in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Mobility, or related fields; Have interest in transport-related technologies, including algorithms, automation, and advanced tools; Be available to intern for 4 hours per day over 3 months. **Preferred Qualifications:** Interest in algorithm development and process automation; Prior familiarity with traffic simulation and modeling tools. **Program Benefits:** Participation in real-world projects with direct impact on urban mobility; Internal training sessions and technical capacity-building events; Opportunity to work in the field and collaborate on scientific publications; Hybrid work schedule for Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas; At the end of the program, outstanding interns will have the opportunity to be hired—now with remuneration and benefits—to tackle new challenges that accelerate their professional growth.
