Opportunity in a growth and learning environment **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for an organized and agile professional to join our production team, serving as the fundamental link between the factory and our partner subcontractors. If you possess strong attention to quality and experience in fashion production processes, this role is for you! Main Responsibilities Flow Management: Manage the dispatch and receipt of fabric and leather cuttings to subcontractors, ensuring control and traceability via the Vexta system. Quality Control: Validate the "first piece" for approval to continue production and conduct technical inspections of returned items. Material Organization: Sort and verify trims (threads, zippers, etc.) accompanying cuttings. Documentation: Prepare shipping and receiving manifests, and manage items requiring external repair or finishing. Logistics Support: Forward approved items to the review area after final inspection. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Requirements Education: Completed High School. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in production (1–2 years preferred). Knowledge: Experience with the Vexta system and familiarity with apparel production processes. Skills: Agility, excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Desired Profile Planning and Organization: Ability to manage production cycles and material flows.
