We are seeking an **Administrative Coordinator** to join our educational campus. This professional will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, ensuring the campus operates smoothly and delivers high-quality service to students, faculty, and other staff members. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate campus administrative routines, including student support and service. * Ensure compliance with institutional procedures and academic deadlines. * Supervise the administrative team and promote training and development. * Support student recruitment and retention initiatives. * Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements to internal processes. * Serve as liaison between the campus and the institution's headquarters or other support departments. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (e.g., Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields). * Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably within educational institutions. * Familiarity with academic routines and educational systems (e.g., SWA, Moodle, etc.). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and leadership qualities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with distance learning (EAD) and virtual learning environments. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM; Saturdays, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3.100,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Education allowance * Food basket * Transportation voucher
