Job Summary: Responsible for performing operational activities supporting tax routines, ensuring the correct receipt, verification, classification, and recording of tax documents. Key Highlights: 1. Ancillary Obligations – Operational Support Responsible for performing operational activities supporting tax routines, ensuring the correct receipt, verification, classification, and recording of tax documents, as well as supporting tax calculation and fulfillment of ancillary obligations, in compliance with applicable legislation and internal policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Tax Operations and Basic Compliance** Receive, verify, validate, and organize tax documents (invoices, bills, contracts, and payment slips). Ensure documents comply with legal and internal requirements prior to registration. Perform tax classification of documents in SAP, per approved technical guidelines and parameters. **Support for Tax Calculation** Support calculation of direct and withheld taxes (ISS, IRRF, PIS, COFINS, INSS). Assist in verifying tax bases, withholdings, and tax classifications. **Ancillary Obligations – Operational Support** Support preparation of information for municipal, state, and federal tax declarations (DES, EFD\-Reinf, DCTF, DIRF). Ensure document organization and traceability of declared information. **Internal Controls and Audits** Organize, digitize, and make documents available for internal, external, and tax audits.
