Creation and maintenance of cartographic databases **Responsibilities:** Geospatial data analysis using ArcGIS software; Drafting maps, descriptive memoranda, georeferencing, and organizing cartographic databases; Creation and maintenance of relational databases integrated with cartographic databases; Participation in urban and rural land regularization processes, including REURB procedures; Coordination with real estate registry offices, municipal agencies, and other entities involved in land regularization procedures. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering or related fields; ArcGIS; AutoCAD; Knowledge of surveying; Geoprocessing; Georeferencing, Law No. 10\.267; Relevant work experience.
